Ms. Coletrane is the Human Resources and Operations Manager and has been with the Foundation for close to four years. She manages the day-to-day human resources functions, develops and oversees the Foundation’s contracts, and assists with meeting logistics and agency operations. Prior to joining the National Police Foundation, Ms. Coletrane worked for the National Crime Prevention Council (NCPC), where she was certified as a National Crime Prevention Specialist and brought significant experience with grants and consultant management, training management, research, and training curricula development. Prior to her work with NCPC, Ms. Coletrane worked with several federal, profit, and nonprofit agencies in the areas of board development, fundraising, and meeting and conference management. Some of the agencies she worked with previously include The Anti-Defamation League, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Department of Agriculture, and the Department of State, where she held a top-secret security clearance.
Ms. Coletrane holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and a minor in Criminal Justice from James Madison University, and she has completed post-graduate work in Organizational and Financial Management.
