Prior to returning home to his Pennsylvania roots, Mr. Little served the state of Tennessee in various capacities for 26 years. Within his 26 years of service, he served as Regional Director, Warden and Commissioner Tennessee Department of Corrections, as well as Director of the Shelby County Division of Corrections, Tennessee. Between periods of corrections service, Mr. Little served as Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Memphis, Tennessee. While serving there, he was responsible for oversight of the Memphis Police Department, among other agencies.
Mr. Little’s public service positions are numerous; such is true of his skills and attributes. Mr. Little’s highly sought after specialties include strategic and creative thinking and vision, financial management resulting in cost savings, and relationship building.
Mr. Little has a gift and passion for public speaking on a wide range of subjects to include motivation, leadership, organizational change strategies, and government management.
In addition to public speaking, he provides commercial voice overs and narration for audio and visual projects.
