Elizabeth Fontaine

Elizabeth Fontaine is the Senior Accounting Manager at the National Police Foundation. As a seasoned finance professional with 15+ years of accounting, finance services, and office management experience in various sectors, Elizabeth plays a critical role in the day-to-day financial operations of the agency.

Elizabeth’s specialty is in financial consulting and budgeting. During her years at Tech Systems, a government contractor serving the Federal Government and the U.S. Military, Elizabeth served as the Finance and Administration specialist serving under the CFO. Her responsibilities included the financial relationships between the agencies and the government contractor and managing them with a focus on maximum operational impacts with minimal resource expenditure.

Prior to working at the National Police Foundation, Elizabeth served as the Accounting and Office Manager at Michael & Son Services, the largest residential construction service company on the East Coast. During her time at the company, Elizabeth orchestrated the startup of dozens of companies and divisions. She also charted the successful development and implementation of service and finance divisions, which increased the company’s revenue by $30 million in the first three years.

A native Virginian, Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting at George Mason University. Elizabeth volunteers as both an ESOL tutor at the Literacy Volunteers of America in Prince William County and as an art instructor.
