Founded in 1970, the Police Foundation is proud to have conducted hundreds of research studies over the past several decades. With topics ranging from use of force to narcotics to immigration, the Police Foundation has published numerous studies with valuable insights and findings relating to issues that are still widely debated and discussed today. On this page, we have highlighted just some of our previous studies, of which still have relevance today. We encourage you to browse through the selection below and read through the ones that interest you. In addition, we have a full publications library where you can find even more studies filled with important findings surrounded by interesting historical context as it relates to policing, law enforcement, and the criminal justice system.
