Rodney Parks has served for 32 years in the law enforcement profession with the Metropolitan Police Department and the Metro Transit Police Department. He is an adjunct professor, lecturer, consultant, and instructor of criminal justice and law enforcement topics. Parks has been employed since 2018 as head of security for the Folger Shakespeare Library in Washington, DC, attaining knowledge and experience in cultural property protection and security.
