Internships

The Police Foundation accepts applications for undergraduate and graduate internships on a year-round basis. Depending on their level of education and areas of interest, interns are assigned to the following divisions within the foundation: Office of the President, Research, Institute for Integrity, Leadership, and Professionalism in Policing, or Communications. Internships can be either full- or part-time, and can be done for course credit or for a reasonable stipend.

Anyone wishing to explore internship possibilities at the Police Foundation should send their résumé, along with a cover letter detailing areas of interest, dates of availability, their goals and expectations from such an internship, and writing samples, if relevant, to Mary Malina, Police Foundation, 1201 Connecticut Avenue, NW, Suite 200, Washington, DC 20036, email: mmalina@policefoundation.org, or fax to (202) 659-9149.
